Westchase Flip & Rental Property

This townhouse is nestled snugly in the Energy Corridor. Camila, my wife, and I became proud owners of this cosy property back in 2002, after graduating from high school, as we embarked on the journey of building our life together.

Our original vision was to call this place home, gradually enhance it, and eventually leverage its value for our next property, and then the next.

It underwent substantial changes from its original state. As the years went by, our initial plans evolved, leading us to a different path. Instead of selling, we made the decision to convert our first house into a rental property.

Westchase Property - Wrapped

After years of rentals and even with a decent profit monthly, after turn over and poor property managers we still only broke even.

We became the bank on this property and sold it on a wrap. Put the property in a trust and the buyers pay the exisiting mortgage and pay use a monthlty fee towards our equity!
