I’m delighted to introduce you to the latest addition to my property portfolio — a result of helping a family navigate a tricky selling situation

I recently acquired this property through a subto arrangement, where I stepped in to assist a family facing a challenging situation. This spacious property had been listed previously but was not attracting any interested buyers. Traditional financing wasn’t feasible due to the house’s condition and unfortunatelly the family didn’t have the available funds needed to bring it up to lender stantards. If they had opted for a cash offer, they would have found themelves in a tight spot, still making payments even after selling.

…and now, it’s time to roll up my sleeves and get to work to rehabbing it. Stay tuned!

NOW - Pasadena Sober Living

After a few months of renovation the property came out beautiful.

I partnered with a Sober Living Operator and we house mulitple people in different stages of recovery. They are bible based and have Bible study on Friday evenings and daily readings.

It is a great feeling when they say how gratefule they are to have a clean, nice place to lay their head and the support from others.
